Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
Is my email data stored on your servers?
Emails are stored in the database, but encrypted with your personal PGP public key before they ever touch storage. Only your private key — which lives in your browser and never leaves your device — can decrypt them. I cannot read your messages, and neither can anyone who gains access to the database. The data exists; the content is inaccessible to everyone except you.
Do I need a Discord server to use Purlre?
Yes — Purlre is built specifically for Discord communities. You'll connect your server via Discord OAuth during setup.
What happens if I exceed my email limit on the Free plan?
I'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Emails beyond the 200/month limit are rejected at the webhook — they are never accepted into the system, so there is nothing to queue or store.
